We accept almost all major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Please bring your insurance card with you so we can make a copy for our records. If you have a change in insurance, address or phone number, be sure to notify the receptionist so the change can be entered into our system.

We accept all major credit cards for payments, such as Visa and MasterCard. All balances are expected to be paid at the time of service.
